"Jaysee Soto gave me back my hearing! I have several hearing aids that don' t work and don't fit, but Jaysee found the perfect match for me. To determine my hearing concerns, I had a extensive exam that went far beyond my other hearing exams, leading to hearing aids that are comfortable and actually work. "I cannot praise these people enough! They went above and beyond what I was expecting as an out of state visitor, and if I lived in that area, this practice would be my one and only. I was vacationing in the Orlando area, and all of a sudden one of the drivers on my Oticon OPN1s went completely dead. It was only the beginning of the vacation, and I was dreading having only one hearing device the whole time. So I called around asking if they had components for my HAs, and Altamonte was the only practice that would call me back. Even though they were not my primary audiologist, and my HAs are pretty old, Altamonte took the time to come up with a solution for my conundrum. They were able to get my HA repaired in their office the same day, and get stereophonic hearing assistance back for me. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy my vacation without struggling to understand family, and saved the trip down to FL. I’ve worked with many Audiology practices over the years, so I know a FANTASTIC practice when I see one. EXCELLENT customer service, a willingness to help out above and beyond what’s expected, a complete knowledge and expertise on what they do, and a VERY friendly staff! -Altamonte has all four. I may not be local (Hi from WY!), but I can say without hesitation that if you are, and you’re looking for an audiologist, I HIGHLY recommend Altamonte. Both myself and my family thank you for your help, and I appreciated the card for my birthday you sent. I wish you all the best, and I’m happy to know that the next time I’m in FL, I don’t have to worry about my hearing instruments having problems, because I know I have a great place to go for help. "I want to start this review by saying this has by far been the best experience I have had with healthcare. About a month ago, I came across them by googling places that can repair hearing aids. I called them 5 minutes before closing time and they happily answered my call for help and immediately re-assured me that they can help. I came in today during the walk-in hours and showed them the aids and the issue. I was greeted by Jaysee and he re-assured me that things can be fixed, and all the same day! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had mentioned that getting hearing aids has been hard and they immediately wanted to help with a solution. I really felt heard and cared for by the staff! Thank you so much! Your help has made a HUGE impact on my life. This is absolutely the place to go!!!!"

"We had an excellent experience with Altamonte Family Hearing, and I can’t thank them enough for the care they provided my dad. Jaysee Soto was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He spent a great deal of time performing very thorough hearing tests and, just as importantly, took the time to clearly explain the results in a way that we could all understand. When it came time to set up and program my dad’s new high-end ReSound hearing aids, Jaysee was incredibly patient and detail-oriented, making sure everything was perfectly tuned to my dad’s needs. "I have been taking my 92-year old mother to Jaysee A Soto, HAS, BC-HIS, at Altamonte Family Hearing, located inside One Senior Place on Douglas Avenue for the past 5 years. Jaysee has been extremely thorough, conscientious, patient and has extraordinary communication skills.
