Our care combines clinical measurements with your listening needs and experience. These are the principles we use to guide recommendations and follow-up.
- A thorough hearing evaluation
- We discuss your concerns and health history, examine your ears, test your hearing and explain the results before recommending hearing aids.
- Real Ear Measurement
- Real Ear Measurement verifies amplification in your ear against prescriptive targets and helps guide programming adjustments.
- Checking hearing aid performance
- Electroacoustic Analysis (EAA) checks hearing aid performance in a test box against the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Recommendations that fit your life
- We work with Phonak, Oticon, ReSound, Signia, Starkey and Widex. We recommend hearing aids based on your results, where you want to hear better, your budget and your preferences.
- Follow-up visits and your feedback
- The measurement shows how the hearing aid performs in your ear. You tell us how it sounds at home, at work and out with family and friends. Follow-up visits give us time to fine-tune the settings and answer your questions.
